RUSAL board recommends paying $0.02/share in Jan–Jun divs

MOSCOW, Aug 30 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian aluminum giant UC RUSAL has recommended paying U.S. $0.02 per ordinary share in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The shareholders will consider the recommendation at an extraordinary general meeting on September 30.

En+ Group owns 56.88% in RUSAL, Sual has 25.72% and free float is 17.4%.
